Chris Ulmer is a long, developmental Monmouth linebacker with scout-team value and upside
Ulmer is a 6-foot-3, 225-pound redshirt freshman linebacker at Monmouth who did not see game action in 2025 but was described by the program as a valuable scout-team contributor[2]. His appeal is the frame, length, and linebacker build that can translate into downhill range and special-teams potential if his processing and contact consistency keep climbing. Statistically, there is no varsity production yet, so this is more about projection than proof—he looks like a bet on traits, work ethic, and growth rather than instant impact[1][2].
