UAlbany’s Mike Johnson: steady lead-guard value with efficient playmaking
Mike Johnson has been a useful, low-drama guard for Albany, with career production showing 4.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game while handling lead-guard responsibilities. His value is in steadiness: he creates for others, rebounds above his size, and has been trusted in rotation roles at point guard. The upside isn’t flashy, but teams looking for a composed organizer who can keep an offense moving and compete every possession should care. Good fit if you want structure, ball security, and a dependable connector.
