A fearless, playmaking linebacker who turned production into impact
In the 2016 season, Tevin Floyd anchored The Citadel’s defense with 86 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and an interception return touchdown, finishing his career third on the program’s all-time tackles list with 295. He stands out for his instinctive run fits, big-play knack, and proven ball skills from the second level—rare juice for a linebacker. Reliability, intensity, and production are the headline here; he’s the kind of tone-setter coaches love because he shows up, hits hard, and changes games without needing the spotlight.
