Prolific HS Record-Setter Who Gritted Out Key Moments for Huskies
Cody Bruns, a Washington Huskies WR from the class of 2014, overcame high school hardships to etch his name in state history with Prosser records of 310 catches, 5,178 yards, and 72 TDs, then delivered at UW with 23 career receptions for 245 yards and 2 TDs in 2012—including a clutch 9-yard slant on 3rd-and-8 vs. Cal—plus 16 total grabs as a reliable holder. His differentiator? Battle-tested resilience and poise in big spots, making him a savvy chain-mover ideal for teams needing tough, understated production over flash.
