Randall Carroll brings veteran defensive-back pedigree, but current NMSU CB data is thin
Randall Carroll is listed with New Mexico State, but the accessible public records here don’t provide recent 2026 game stats or a clean current-season stat line for the Aggies’ cornerback room. What stands out is the name recognition and versatility: Carroll’s profile has long been tied to defensive back play, and that kind of experience usually translates to better route recognition, steadier leverage, and fewer mental busts. If you’re looking for an immediate, savvy depth piece rather than a pure flash-athlete projection, he’s the kind of DB who can make a secondary cleaner and calmer.
