Isaiah Lewis is the veteran Buffaloes safety who brings steady tackling, ball skills, and savvy
Isaiah Lewis enters the 2026 Colorado season as a proven, senior presence at safety, with Colorado listing him at 6-0, 190 and noting 132 career tackles, three interceptions, and 10 pass breakups in 43 games with 19 starts[1]. His best calling card is reliability: he reads route concepts well, tackles consistently, and has shown enough playmaking to create turnovers without needing the spotlight[1][2]. For a team, he looks like a fit if you want a durable, assignment-sound defensive back who brings experience, versatility, and a little veteran edge to the secondary[1][2].
