Ricco Sanders brings proven Mississippi State speed and big-play juice
In the 2026 season context, Ricco Sanders is listed as a junior WR at Mississippi State at 5-foot-11, 185 pounds, with a recruiting pedigree that included a Rivals top-51 national WR ranking and a 4.4-second forty coming out of Byrnes HS. Mississippi State’s roster and historical stats show he has been a situational playmaker rather than a volume target, with career flashes that include a touchdown against Michigan in the 2011 Gator Bowl and multiple multi-catch games. The appeal here is quickness, vertical burst, and enough proven juice to stretch defenses—less “carry the whole passing game,” more “instant offense with a chip on his shoulder.”
