Temple RB with Battle-Tested Grit, Limited Production
Jakari Norwood, a 5-10, 180-pound redshirt sophomore RB for Temple Owls, posted modest 2022 stats of 76 carries for 306 yards (4.0 avg) and 0 TDs, following a transfer from Illinois where he had 27 carries for 120 yards in 2021 amid limited action. His differentiator is proven perseverance—bouncing from Power 5 to FCS Chowan—showcasing elusive quickness and intensity despite injury setbacks and depth chart battles. Care if you need a resilient, undersized change-of-pace back who stacks small edges; ideal fit for teams valuing walk-on mentality over splashy numbers.
