NCSU WR profile not confirmed by the available sources
The available sources do not verify a North Carolina State football wide receiver named Richard Washington, and the only football rosters found list other athletes with that name in different eras and positions. Because of that mismatch, I can’t responsibly assess current performance, rankings, or fit for the Wolfpack from the provided evidence; if you mean a different Richard Washington, the key thing to verify is his exact school, class year, and position before drawing any scouting conclusions.
