Shaquala Williams was a Ducks game-changer: elite scorer, clutch leader, Oregon original
Shaquala Williams emerged as one of Oregon’s all-time impact guards, becoming the program’s first conference Freshman of the Year and later its first conference Player of the Year while helping drive the Ducks to back-to-back Pac-10 titles[13]. In the 2002–03 season, she was a high-volume, high-efficiency bucket-getter who could also defend, facilitate, and take over stretches with poise—think fearless, not flashy[12][14]. She was widely praised as a program cornerstone and a tone-setter whose competitive edge and two-way polish made her an easy fit for any serious team.[5][13]
