NDSU's Agile CB from Sioux City Roots
Ross Godfrey, a class of 2016 cornerback/free safety standout from Sioux City East High School, brings FCS-level tenacity to North Dakota State's elite Bison defense as a defensive back—think lockdown coverage and ball-hawking instincts that shine in highlight reels. His high school Hudl footage reveals differentiators like elite footwork, physicality against bigger receivers, and a relentless motor, making him a scheme-versatile fit for Power 5 teams seeking undervalued gems with pro potential. No major injury flags; he's the gritty, coachable type who elevates secondaries—worth staking on Fanstake if you're building depth.
