Steffon Fuller brings veteran safety size and special-teams grit to South Alabama
Steffon Fuller is a rangy, 6-foot-4 senior safety with South Alabama roots in East Central (Miss.) CC, and his value is the kind coaches love: length, toughness, and proven experience in the back end[1][6]. In the 2014 season, he recorded 1 interception, 1 forced fumble, and 1 sack for the Jaguars, showing he can make disruptive plays, not just clean up tackles[7]. He stands out more for physicality and versatility than splashy hype, which makes him the sort of steady, high-floor defender a team can trust in multiple roles[1][7].
