a proven scoring guard with a college-ready offensive résumé
Ryan Tricco is a **scoring-minded guard** who arrived at Duquesne after earning NJCAA All-Region I Second Team honors at Mesa College, where he averaged **16.1 points per game** as a freshman in 2002-03. That profile points to a player with shot-creation, toughness, and a track record of producing rather than just surviving, which is the kind of guard coaches trust when they need instant offense and competitive edge. His value is less about flashy hype and more about being a reliable, experienced perimeter option who had already shown he could lead a scoring load.
