Reliable, high-efficiency Utah kicker with proven clutch value
Joe Phillips has been a dependable special-teams weapon for Utah, pairing strong accuracy with big-game trustworthiness; ESPN lists him at 84.6% on field goals, 97.9% on extra points, and a long of 48, while Utah has credited him as a first-team all-conference kicker and two-time Lou Groza semifinalist. He stands out for reliability under pressure and versatility—he has handled kicking, punting, and kickoffs for the Utes—making him a fit for a team that values consistency, composure, and multi-role depth.
