Karter Wong brings verified bat speed and outfield arm strength to Queens
Karter Wong profiles as an impact outfield bat with real pop and above-average defensive tools: a 2022 showcase report noted one of the top exit velocities, a hard-hit single, a deep double, and an 87 mph outfield velocity, which points to both offensive upside and playable arm strength. That combination makes him interesting for a team looking for a ceiling play in the outfield rather than just a contact-only piece. The available reporting is limited, but the evidence suggests a high-intensity hitter with measurable tools that can translate upward.
