Nicole Trott brings a defender’s mentality to the Catamounts’ front line
Nicole Trott is best known as a **hard-working post defender** who gave Vermont reliable interior toughness and physicality, and her game was defined more by discipline, effort, and matchup resistance than by flashy scoring. Sources describe her as one of the team’s premier post defenders and highlight her work ethic as a real program asset, which suggests she fits best with teams that value toughness, defensive accountability, and blue-collar production over high-usage offense.[1]
