Nick Boccagno brought linebacker production and leadership to Lafayette
Boccagno’s calling card was **productive, physical linebacker play**: in a 2001 Lafayette-Bucknell game, he posted a career-best **13 tackles** and a **forced fumble**, and he was also trusted as a **game captain** that season.[1][2] That combination of volume, impact, and leadership suggests a player coaches could lean on in a defense that values toughness, communication, and reliability. If you want a linebacker who shows up in big moments and can set the tone emotionally as well as physically, Boccagno fits that profile.[1][2]
