Carsyn Gore brings steady guard minutes and academic consistency for Lyon
Carsyn Gore is a sophomore guard for Lyon College in the 2025-26 season, and the early stat line shows a young player still carving out a role while staying active and disciplined in the program. ESPN lists her as a 5'6" guard from Marianna, Arkansas, and Lyon’s roster lists her on the 2026-27 women’s basketball team after appearing in the 2025-26 stats as well[1][2][4]. Her differentiators right now are upside, roster flexibility, and a strong team-first profile rather than headline numbers; Lyon also recognized her for academic excellence, which usually signals reliability and coachability[8]. If a team wants a guard with development runway, energy, and a dependable locker-room fit, Gore is the kind of under-the-radar piece worth watching[1][2][8].
