USD Toreros' Reliable TE Target from 2021 Spring Glory Days
Michael Gadinis, a 6-1, 220-pound redshirt junior fullback/tight end for the San Diego Toreros, stood out in the 2021 spring FCS season with key receiving scores, including a 30-yard grab and 85 yards on five catches in a record-tying home opener (475 total USD yards), earning PFL All-Conference honors as a versatile all-purpose weapon. His blocking tenacity and multi-role reliability (rushing, receiving, special teams) make him a differentiator for run-heavy offenses, though limited recent data post-2021 suggests checking current eligibility—perfect fit for teams needing gritty, experienced depth without diva tendencies.
