Evin Hollandsworth brings lefty depth and durability to Cal’s staff
In the 2026 season, Evin Hollandsworth is a redshirt junior left-handed pitcher for California at 6-foot-1, 235 pounds, giving the Golden Bears a physically sturdy, matchup-friendly arm with a classic southpaw profile.[1][2] Cal’s roster and player bio show a pitcher with local roots, a Saddleback College background, and a high-character track record as a scholar-athlete, which hints at consistency and coachability rather than flash-for-flash’s-sake.[1] The main reason to care: he looks like the kind of reliable lefty depth piece who can neutralize certain lineups, compete hard, and fit a staff that values toughness and flexibility.[1][2]
