UAPB's Memorable Name, Modest Minutes
J'Breun Sprinkle, the 6-2 guard for UAPB Golden Lions in 2016-17 and 2017-18, earned a cult following for his standout name on NCAA's 2018-19 All-Name Team, but on-court impact was limited—scoring just 2 points in 18 minutes vs. Memphis (2017) and DNP in key games like Colorado State matchups. A bench spark with hustle (1 rebound, 1 assist in limited action), his differentiator is that infectious, playful energy perfect for team chemistry; ideal for programs needing vocal leaders or developmental depth rather than star scorers. Fun trivia pick, not fantasy starter.
