Caitlin Bopp brings old-school paint control and rebounding edge to Rider
Caitlin Bopp profiles as a tough, interior-first F/C whose calling cards have been rebounding, rim protection, and efficient finishing for Rider; in 2012-13 she was a Third Team All-MAAC pick, finished second on Rider’s career rebound list with 925, and her 1.93 blocks per game ranked 43rd nationally. Her value goes beyond the box score: she was a 107-game veteran who consistently anchored the Broncs’ defense, led the team in field-goal percentage and blocks, and could swing games with physicality and steady effort. If you need a hard-nosed frontcourt anchor, she’s exactly the kind of fit that makes opponents hate the paint.
