Former Standout Forward Turned Proven Coach
Amber Hallman, a former basketball standout F/C at Christopher Newport University (CNU) and Savannah State, etched her legacy with elite rebounding prowess—once holding a top spot in CNU's all-time rebounds list before being surpassed[1]. Now thriving as head softball coach at Savannah State since 2022, her homecoming appointment highlights her leadership, all-star pedigree, and coaching intensity that builds winning programs[2]. No current player stats available for 2025-26 Jacksonville Dolphins, but her gritty rebounder background and coaching smarts make her a coach worth watching for teams seeking tough, fundamentals-driven talent development.
