UTEP’s 335-pound interior anchor brings old-school mass and run-stuffing edge
Jenson Misaalefua is a big-bodied defensive tackle at 6-2, 335 pounds who profiles as a plug-the-gap interior defender with the kind of size that can change run fits fast. His background shows he arrived as a well-built, high-mass prospect out of Carson, and that frame is still his calling card: hard to move, useful in short-yardage chaos, and a fit if your defense wants a space-eater who can collapse the middle. The catch? Public stat production and current-season impact are limited, so this is more about traits, trench value, and upside than flashy box-score fireworks.
