a gritty, two-way Torero DB with old-school value
Alex Duk’s publicly available football trail is sparse and a bit tangled, so the clearest verified takeaway is that San Diego has used him as a versatile defensive back/receiver type rather than a stat-padding spotlight player. The appeal here is the classic Torero profile: reliable, multi-role depth, physicality, and a willingness to do the dirty work that helps a defense survive the long haul. That makes him intriguing if a team values toughness, flexibility, and role acceptance over flash.
