DQ Thomas brings proven **pass-rush production** and linebacker versatility
Thomas is a disruptive, downhill linebacker whose calling card is finishing plays in the backfield: at Middle Tennessee, he finished with **53 career tackles for loss** and **20.5 sacks**, both elite program marks, and in his senior season he ranked **third on the team with 89 tackles** while adding **17.0 TFLs**, **5.0 sacks**, two interceptions, and a forced fumble[2][5]. He also earned heavy usage, leading all linebackers with **837 snaps** and grading out as a winner 11 times, which suggests a player trusted in multiple situations rather than just a situational rusher[5].
