Emerging DB Talent from Poplarville High, No Confirmed Akron Zips Link
Ernest Clark, a Class of 2026 tight end from Poplarville High School in Mississippi, showcases versatile athleticism with Hudl highlights revealing strong hands, blocking tenacity, and seam-stretching speed—differentiators that make him a mismatch nightmare for defenses. No verified records tie him to the Akron Zips as a DB, suggesting a possible position switch or recruiting projection; his high-motor intensity and small-school polish scream 'developmental gem' for programs seeking raw upside. Ideal fit for teams building depth with multi-positional athletes who bring grit and explosiveness.
