Temple LB George Reid brings veteran size, experience, and steady downhill toughness
George Reid is a **veteran Temple linebacker** with the frame and experience coaches usually trust in the middle of a defense; Temple listed him at 6-2, 220 and noted he started his first season opener at linebacker at Rutgers and had a career-high tackle output in 2021.[1] His differentiator is reliability: he profiles as a physical, assignment-sound defender who can handle early contact and give a defense a stable, mature presence rather than flashy splash plays.[1]
