Micah Sweats brings veteran DB energy, but the current stat line is light
Micah Sweats is a Texas Tech defensive back with a long football track record and a tough, multi-role background that gives him added value in the secondary. In the most recently surfaced stat line available, he had 8 tackles in the 2003 season and no passes defended or sacks, so the appeal here is more about experience, versatility, and physicality than splash plays. He looks like the kind of steady, gritty fit who can help a defense with reliability and depth.
