Kirk Thompson brings disruptive, high-effort edge to Cincinnati’s defensive front
Kirk Thompson is the kind of interior defender coaches love: stout, physical, and willing to do the dirty work so others can feast. The available reliable information does not show current 2026 stat-production for a Cincinnati DT by that exact name, so he’s best viewed as a depth/rotation evaluation rather than a proven stat-sheet star. If you want a tackle who plays with juice, can hold the point, and looks built for run defense and gap integrity, Thompson is worth a closer look.
