Elite Guard with Turkish Fire and Unmatched Intensity for Albany Great Danes
Kumsal Aslan, a 5-8 guard from Ankara, Turkey, stands out for her explosive speed, defensive tenacity, and relentless intensity that transcends stats. During the 2019-20 season (her senior year), she led Albany with 22 points per game, showcasing a unique blend of scoring flair and clutch decision-making. Her journey from St. Timothy's School to UAlbany reflects adaptability and a fierce competitive personality. Though she faced minor ankle injuries in 2018-19, her recovery intensity and mental resilience made her a reliable leader. Kumsal is a perfect fit for teams needing a high-energy guard who elevates teammates with her passion and data-driven playstyle.
