John Scott brings old-school NT grit to Jacksonville State
John Scott is a rugged interior defender for Jacksonville State whose value goes beyond box-score stats: he’s the kind of nose tackle who anchors the middle, eats double-teams, and helps the rest of the defense play freer. Publicly available sources confirm him as a Jacksonville State defensive lineman, but current 2026 production details aren’t clearly surfaced here, so the best read is that his appeal is trench toughness, space-clogging strength, and dependable, physical play. If your team wants a disruptive, low-glamour interior presence, he’s the right flavor of nasty.
