the Lady Griz engine who stuffs the stat sheet
McKenzie Johnston is a true floor-general type for Montana, with a proven track record as a high-usage guard who led the Lady Griz in scoring (13.2 points per game), assists (5.0 per game) and field-goal percentage (46.2%) in her standout season, while also ranking second in rebounds and steals. She matters because she impacts winning in multiple ways: she can create offense, clean up possession battles, and bring a steady, competitive edge that coaches love. If your team needs a guard who makes everyone else better, she’s the kind of player who quietly tilts games.
