Wisconsin DB with Badger-style physicality and roster-battle upside
Devery Hughes is a Wisconsin defensive back whose fit is most interesting for his program-level traits rather than a pile of public stat lines: the Badgers’ 2026 roster lists him at DB, but available reliable sources do not provide current game-by-game production, so the best read is that he’s in the mix as a depth or developmental piece. For a team, the appeal is the Wisconsin profile itself—discipline, toughness, and defensive versatility—but there isn’t enough verified public data here to call him a proven impact starter yet.
