From Sharpshooting CSU Guard to NDSU Head Coach Legend
Annika Walseth, a 6-1 forward/guard, dazzled in the 2004-05 season at Colorado State with a scorching .380 from three (27-71 attempts) despite favoring long-range shots over inside ones, showcasing elite shooting range and poise; she later transferred to North Dakota State (averaging 2.5 PPG, 3.2 RPG in 2007-08) before a pro WNBA stint and now thrives as NDSU's head coach since 2014, developing All-Big Ten talents like Nikki Greene with her player-coach intensity—perfect for teams seeking versatile shooters or proven leadership.
