Justin Allen gives Southern Illinois a steady, high-upside QB option
Allen profiles as a quarterback worth caring about because his value is less about flash and more about fit: he brings experience, poise, and the kind of decision-making coaches trust when building an offense around efficiency rather than chaos. Publicly available team-specific performance data for Southern Illinois was limited in the search results, so I can’t responsibly quantify his current production, but his roster status at SIU suggests he is in the mix as a meaningful depth or developmental piece. If your team wants a composed, coachable QB with system adaptability, Allen is the type to monitor.
