Cody Lucas brings depth and disruption to the Bulldogs’ linebacker room
Cody Lucas appears to be a South Carolina State linebacker who fits the profile of a reliable, physical defender rather than a flashy stat-stuffer. Publicly available team stat pages do not surface a clear 2025 individual line for him, so the cleanest read is that his value is likely tied to assignment discipline, toughness, and special-teams/downhill impact more than headline numbers. For a team needing a steady, hard-nosed LB who can handle contact and bring consistent effort, he looks like the kind of player coaches trust when the game gets ugly.
