Western Illinois QB with Untapped Potential in FCS Ranks
Matt McAdams, Western Illinois Leathernecks' quarterback, brings dual-threat dynamism to the FCS level with his mobility and arm talent, though limited public stats from recent seasons highlight his developmental stage rather than dominance. Strengths include quick decision-making under pressure and leadership in a rebuilding program, making him a high-upside project for teams seeking raw athleticism (6'2", 200+ lbs frame) without major injury concerns. Ideal fit for programs needing a gritty competitor to groom behind starters—watch for breakout in 2026 if he secures the starting nod.
