Jane Thompson brings two-way guard value with steady scoring touch and secondary playmaking
Thompson is a versatile guard whose appeal goes beyond box-score points: her recruiting profile showed a balanced offensive game with 12.7 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists per game, plus a 20-point season high, suggesting she can score, help on the glass, and make plays for others[2]. Minnesota’s roster lists her as a guard, and ESPN tracks her career production for the Gophers, reinforcing that she has legitimate Division I experience[3][4]. If you need a team-first perimeter piece who can fit into multiple roles, she profiles as a practical, low-drama fit[2][4].
