Janae Blount brings proven scoring punch and veteran guard steadiness to Fresno State
Janae Blount is a seasoned guard whose value is built on shot-making, experience, and pace control rather than flash. In her career stats listed by ESPN, she’s posted 12.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game with a 31.3% field-goal mark, while Fresno State’s roster notes show she previously averaged 7.9 points and 2.0 assists per game at Northwest Florida State College in 2013-14. She looks like a fit for teams needing a competitive, experienced perimeter player who can handle pressure and provide instant offense, though efficiency is the swing skill.
