Tia Wooten brings proven scoring, rebounding, and veteran production to TSU
Tia Wooten is a reliable forward who has already shown she can be a primary option for Tennessee State, including a 2018-19 season where she led the Lady Tigers with 13.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game and scored in double figures in all but seven games. She also hit the 1,000-point career mark and has delivered big nights against quality opponents, which speaks to her competitiveness and consistency. Her value is her steadiness: efficient scoring, board work, and a proven ability to carry responsibility in pressure spots.
