Dual-Sport Name, But Norfolk State’s QB Situation Isn’t Clearly Documented
Reliable public results do not clearly identify a Norfolk State quarterback named Brandon Brooks, so there isn’t enough verified data to give a true current-performance scouting report. The closest verified Brandon Brooks profile in college football shows a player who contributed in multiple roles and on special teams, which suggests athletic versatility rather than a polished QB-only résumé[9]. If you mean Norfolk State’s quarterback room under Michael Vick, the better question is whether the player is a fit for an offense that values playmaking, adaptability, and quick decision-making.
