Lindsay Mallon was a steady, pass-first floor general for Northern Colorado
Mallon’s calling card was control: in the 2014-15 season, she started all 35 games and set Northern Colorado’s Division I single-season assists record with 151, while also showing she could rebound and stay on the floor in big minutes. She wasn’t a volume scorer, but she was the kind of guard who organized an offense, competed hard, and made teammates better—useful traits if you want a composed, high-IQ point guard rather than a shot-hunting one.
