intriguing long guard with size and upside at Gardner-Webb
Tyrone Simos-Primerano brings rare guard size at 6-7 and 190 pounds, giving Gardner-Webb a long, versatile backcourt piece with developmental upside. His profile shows he was a freshman from Melbourne, Australia, and his earliest college action came in the 2020-21 season, when he recorded an offensive rebound in two minutes against Presbyterian—small sample, yes, but it hints at hustle and willingness to impact winning in the margins. If you want length, positional flexibility, and a player who can grow into a mismatch weapon, he’s worth a look.
