Iona RHP Justin Trinidad brings swing-and-miss relief value and strike-throwing upside
Justin Trinidad looks like a useful bullpen piece for Iona after logging a 3.72 ERA with 27 strikeouts in 36.1 innings and a season-high six strikeouts in 3.0 relief innings against Fairfield in 2025.[9] The right-hander’s appeal is his ability to miss bats in relief while giving Iona a competitive, multi-inning arm; earlier reports also listed him as a committed 2024 recruit from Cardinal Spellman, suggesting a versatile pitcher with two-way athletic background and room to keep developing.[4][7]
