Baylor freshman guard Kaleb Jackson brings scoring pedigree, but is still an evaluation piece
Kaleb Jackson is a 6-2 Baylor guard who redshirted in 2024-25 and arrives with a proven high-school scoring résumé, including 18.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game as a senior at Carmel Catholic, plus All-State honorable mention honors. Baylor lists him as a freshman walk-on, so the big question is translation: he has the size and backcourt versatility to compete, but there is no college production yet, making his value more about developmental upside, work ethic and how quickly he can add strength, pace and consistency at the Big 12 level.[11]
