Logan U'u offers Minnesota a rugged, position-flexible linebacker piece with junior-college toughness
Logan U'u is a senior Minnesota defender listed on the 2026 roster at linebacker, with a background at Laney College that suggests a physical, mature, ready-now profile rather than a long-development project. Minnesota also has him listed with a football background that includes fullback/linebacker usage, which can hint at downhill instincts, contact comfort, and versatility in role or special-teams value. If you want a player who brings experience, edge, and likely a blue-collar fit in the room, U'u is worth a closer look; however, public stat and scouting detail on his 2025-26 on-field impact is limited in the available sources.[2][5][3]
