a steady, old-school Rhode Island interior blocker
Fran Dempsey is a name to know if Rhode Island wants toughness in the trenches: the available team history shows him as an offensive guard who previously even shifted to center, which usually signals trust, versatility, and a high football IQ. The challenge is that current, reliable 2026 stat-and-role data on him is limited, so the appeal here is more about line flexibility, experience, and dependability than splashy box-score numbers. If your team values a smart, physical, interchangeable interior lineman, he’s a worthwhile watch.
