Trent Martin brings rare leg power and special-teams reliability to Marshall
Trent Martin is the kind of kicker coaches trust when the game gets weird: a big leg, clean mechanics, and a profile built around special-teams dependability rather than flash. Marshall’s recent kicking production has been steady, with the program converting 80.8% of field goals and 97.4% of PATs in the 2025 season, which is the standard Martin must fit if he’s going to matter in close games. His differentiator is pure leg speed and a no-drama reputation, making him a useful fit for a team that wants consistency under pressure.
