In the 2025-26 season, Katie Busch has started all 7 games for UC Santa Cruz, averaging 5.4 points per game and showing real utility as a 5-foot-10 guard/wing who can rebound, hit open threes, and chip in defensively. Her best calling card is versatility: she posted a 14-point, 2-block game against Babson and later buried back-to-back threes in a close win over Chapman, a nice sign she can swing momentum.
